Sets the offset applied to the X-coordinates of all data (profile, vision, tracheid) in Web or Detection mode (mils).
This setting is used for X-alignment between multiple servers, and should be written by the user application at the end of system calibration. The X-reference for a single server is calculated during system calibration and available through GoWebScanCal_SystemXRef. The user application should calculate the overall X bias, which is done by averaging the X-references from all servers, and set the X-adjustment for each server as the X bias minus the server's own X-reference.
